recurve: Asuran Bow. (simple, yet pretty in it's own dark way)
Flatbow: Drago's Flatbow (the first and last flatbow I'll ever use)
Longbow: Feathered/Stormbow (This one was a tough choice since there are so many great longbow skins. I've had both these bows for such a long time and there is so much history in each of them)
Shortbow: Half-Moon (again for simplicity)
Hornbow: Mursaat Hornbow (the skin is the only reason I'd ever touch a hornbow for a non R-spike usage)

which bow looks best will depend a lot on your clothes etc .. some will hate the Destroyer Weps but others look cool with them .. esp with matching mini~!

hm, I do not spoil my rangers (one is PvP and he keeps getting reincarnated); but my Sin has a bow fetish .. blasphemy~!

here's Ala's faves:

long: currently her Plat, even tho they drop like flies in EotN these days ~
however she gets more comments from her Stormbow or Zodiac

flat: loves the Vabbi, in fact she likes this skin so much she gave a longbow version to Jin

recurve: well, a skull recurve dyed red, tho .. her latest plaything is her Tormented, perfect match for her purple outfit :}

short: again, a Vabbi - no-one else seems to like em tho

horn: found one but doesn't use, Mursaat would be the choice, either naturale or dyed blue

well there is no doubt that storm bow WAs the best until recently when whe silverwing recurve came in.. that just rocks and i think its much better looking

decided to treat my ranger a little after gaining Protector of all campaigns

since the beginning of GW ive ALWAYS used an eternal bow as primary (poisonous eternal bow of fortitude), but ive finally decided to change my ways

after looking through most of the game's different skins, i finally settled on whats probably the less rare, but imo most rangerish skin: Sturdy Recurve Bow ^^
Dunno what you think of it, but it goes really well with Norn armor/Crown/Glacial Gloves if all are dyed well.

I have a Sturdy Recurve that got accidently dyed before the dye update and its a nice blackish colour now .

I think its a very nice skin and I still use it occasionally depending on the armour that im wearing

Last nite I beat Turai's Story and picked up an Undead Shortbow. Definatly on my list of favorite skins for bow now, especially for shortbow. (not that the undead skins look very different from bow to bow, I meant in that most of the regular shortbow skins have left me wishing I had something else...have run around with Chiggens bow in my short range slot forever)

As has been stated, most of bow picking has to do with finding things that go with whatever you decide to dress your Ranger in. Overall, the selections available for bow in the game are rather abysmal when compared with say.. sword, but there are some that are certainly awesome. Personally my favorite bow skin has always been the Feathered Longbow, but I also consider the following to be some of the best skins in the game:

Stormbow
Silverwing
Mursaat
Ancient
Spiked
Bladed
Plagueborn
Ivory/Shadow (same skin, different color, lazy lazy lazy)
